Fitness Tips



You may feel, if a little activity it is easy to feel tired, exhausted, and then easy to get sick. Or, if you have very solid activity on this day, then you become very sleepy the next day so that when it became an important activity disturbing. Maybe we will be jealous, to see co-workers who have the same activity with us, more fit and stay motivated while at work is almost complete.

Fitness is a great potential to be possessed by every human being in order to move to the maximum so that more optimal achievement. How can it be successful, if at the work we covered a great drowsiness. How it might be achieved maximum results if we only worked half a day because of fatigue, while the fit is able to work full-time with passion and make something up. Physical fitness is the ability to perform daily activities without experiencing excessive fatigue, and still have reserve energy for leisure activities and emergencies. How do I?


One way to maintain fitness is to exercise. Sport is the most powerful way to maintain physical fitness. In the modern times, humans are required to have high mobility in conducting various activities of life. With exercise, the endurance stamina will increase. Stamina and endurance are the high initial capital to carry out daily activities. If not, then the activity will be disrupted and we find it so easy to get sick.

With stamina and maximum endurance, we can do a lot of positive things. Businessmen will have plenty of time to run the business, the students will have plenty of power to complete his college duties, the bloggers will have a maximum zeal to keep online and produce creative writings for the benefit of others.

Keep in mind, that not all types of sport who good for fitness. Only sport "Aerobics" which can maintain fitness. Aerobic who referred herein that are not gymnastics aerobic who often performed on center fitness, although he including one of them. Aerobic is a sport which capability enhances heart's ability, lung-lung and blood circulation so it is more maximal. However, there is a perception in the public misconception that aerobics, aerobics is just. Sports games like football, Volleyball, Badminton Aerobics is not a sport. So, if you want to get fit, do aerobic exercise is more beneficial for the quality of endurance. But, so many public misperceptions about the way exercise is good and right, so sometimes we work out with "recklessly", so we do not get the most out except for being tired after exercise.

Here are tips to stay fit when doing sports:

1.    Choose the exercise in the right time.
After completion of exercise, the body will feel tired. Because of it, it should choose a time where after exercising you do not conducting activities that heavy. If you work in the morning, try exercising in the afternoon. Buffer in order to rest in the evening.

2. Begin the exercise by heating, usually by stretching about 10 minutes.

3. At the core of the exercise zone, must reach the optimal pulse. If not, then the sport will only give you just feel tired without meaningful benefits. How to calculate the optimal pulse is

Pulse Maximum (DNM): 220-AGE
E.g. Age of 25 years, then DNM = 220-25 = 195 beats / minute
Then the Optimal Pulse (DNO) it is 60% -80% of its DNM.
Means 60% -80% of 195 beats / minute = 117-156 beats / min.

If the pulse your workout below, then the exercises will not be able enhance endurance bodies, conversely, if above it, then the exercises too heavy and dangerous for the heart.

4. Do sports with the regular and combine with an adequate nutrition.

5. Don't do with forced exercise and push yourself as harmful to your body.
